Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, phone number, email address, delivery zip code, and the equipment details in the form (battery voltage, forklift brand and model, connector type, and similar). We also collect basic, anonymized analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information for one purpose: to match your quote request with a vetted local dealer who can serve it. That dealer receives your contact details and request so they can reach out with options and pricing. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the dealer matched to your request.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us through the quote form. If a dealer has already received your request, we will ask them to delete it too, but we cannot guarantee deletion from their systems.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics to understand which pages businesses visit. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
