Terms of Service

What this service is

American Industrial Batteries is a free lead-matching service. We are not a manufacturer, dealer, or repair shop. When you submit a quote request, we forward it to an independent local dealer. Any quote, sale, delivery, installation, or service that follows is a transaction between you and that dealer — not with us.

Quotes are estimates, not contracts

Pricing and availability in any dealer response are the dealer's responsibility. We do not guarantee pricing, delivery timelines, or service quality, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a dealer.

Acceptable use

Submit only genuine business quote requests with accurate contact information. Do not submit requests on behalf of others without their knowledge, and do not use the forms for spam or automated submissions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Industrial Batteries is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or from transactions with matched dealers, including equipment performance, delivery delays, or service disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
